The kitchen, dining area, and living room are located on the first floor along with the washer/dryer hook-ups and a conveniently located 1/2 bath. The 3 bed rooms and a full bath are located upstairs. The 4 Town Houses have front porches that open on the courtyard. The unfurnished Town Houses rent for $1250 per month. Water, Sewer and garbage removal is included in your rent. We are not HUD approved or income based rent. No Pets are allowed in the rental units.
