Garden Apartments Our comfortable, clean, all-electric, Garden Apartments have over 900 square feet of living space. Each unit has two bedrooms, one bathroom, electric heat and air conditioning with beautiful parquet hardwood floors. The kitchens come with a refrigerator, range/stove combination, dishwasher and garbage disposer. There are 8 first floor apartments and 8 second floor apartments. Each apartment has a front entrance and back entrance. Both entrances open to a common hallway and staircase for added security and protection from the weather. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the basements at no additional fee. The Garden Apartments are unfurnished and rent for $950 per month. We are NOT HUD approved or income based rent. Water, Sewer and garbage removal is included in the monthly rent. NO pets are allowed in the rental units.

The 3 bed rooms and a full bath are located upstairs. The 4 Town Houses have front porches that open on the courtyard. The unfurnished Town Houses rent for $1250 per month.
